Squeeze Paint from Strainer

What happens here

Once the paint has been strained through the mesh bag, use your gloved hands to grab the top of the paint strainer. Gently lift the strainer out of the paint bucket. With the strainer now suspended, use your gloved hands to carefully squeeze the paint remaining in the strainer through its mesh, allowing it to drip back into the bucket. This action helps to recover as much paint as possible and leaves the strainer relatively clean for disposal or further cleaning.
