What happens here
Beyond grilling, the Gather Grills unit features an integrated pizza oven and warming oven. To access this, remove the top grill section. Below the main grill, an ash drawer with an adjustable flue is present, allowing for temperature control. Open the ash drawer to adjust airflow and view the internal pizza oven/warming oven compartment, which includes a pizza stone. A built-in thermometer helps monitor and adjust temperatures for baking or warming food effectively.
Goal: Access and control the integrated pizza oven and warming oven features.
