What happens here

The speaker reiterates that his HaulIt trailer was a combination of both product failure and poor customer service. However, the trailer's battery-powered system drained too quickly, and the flimsy framework made it unsuitable for confidently hauling heavy equipment. After the conveyor belt ripped due to snow and ice, he had to pay for its repair. The original owner of HaulIt Traiers agreed to take the trailer back for corrections and refinements but never returned it to the speaker. A new owner subsequently took over, but the speaker has not received his trailer back or any communication from them. He concludes that the HaulIt trailer remains his biggest regret and warns viewers against purchasing from companies that do not honor their agreements.
