(19,998 characters)It's pretty crazy. >> [laughter] >> I love stuff like this. All right, now I think I've heard it all. Mark, tell me about your system. I thought this show was going to be a complete waste, but what an amazing I found so many amazing discoveries at this show you guys. You are in for a treat. There's stuff everything in this show I had not seen before. So, this is all brand new content first time I ever laid eyes on it and I'm bringing you guys along with. Now, this very first one product that we're going to look at came out of the need from necessity. This guy injured himself doing this task and he decided to create an invention so other guys wouldn't injure themselves. Let's go. All right, guys, we are at we're at Steve's booth. Steve, what's the name of your company? >> Safe Equipment. >> So, you actually patented this. You have three products. You patented one, you patented one, Opie. Tell me about these products. Show them to me. Tell me. >> there. And then this one. >> And Lori Lori did it. So, all right. >> So, the first product is a Saw Safe Equipment manhole lid lifter. So, these lids weigh anywhere from 110 to 220 lb. >> And now this is a real lid. This isn't a Styrofoam lid. >> No, this is this is a real lid. >> Is that a magnet? >> That is a magnet. >> Now, this actually goes into the back of a pickup truck under the receiver hitch. Is that right? >> Uh pickup truck, uh combo unit, a jetting, anything that has 2-in receiver. This is a self-contained unit. So, it runs off a Milwaukee or DeWalt battery. >> Can you actually show me inside of it real quick? So, very straightforward. >> Yep. >> Plug and play setup. Okay. >> Yep. >> So, now the reason you have a back brace on is because this is how you actually hurt yourself, Steve, and that's why you developed this. >> Yes. Yep. >> Okay. >> So, I was lifting manhole lid. Um these lids are there's huge issue in public works um with muscle uh shoulder back strains. So, this solves the problem with with that. >> Now, how many lids can this actually lift? >> I lifted 93 lids with one 5-amp hour battery. That equals if uh lid's 150 lb average, 14,000 lb that I lifted with my thumb. >> Very cool. Okay, so that's product one. >> one. Product number two is safely elevate. This is a casting lifter. So, underneath the lids, every street has a casting. >> Oh, man. >> Lock into it. So, >> What? And this This has never been done before? >> Um there are similar products out there, but none as refined as this that I know of. So, this goes on like an excavator, skid loader bucket, or a a a crane on back of the truck to actually, you know, just hook it up, lift up, swing it out of the way. Product number two. We're all about safety at Show Safe Equipment and Safely Elevate. This is another product that we're selling. Once you got the lid off, if you have any maintenance, comes with lights. >> So now once you have the lid off, now you have fall protection. >> Fall protection. >> And lighting. >> And lighting. >> Okay, so where do guys find out more information on these three tools? >> Yep, right there. >> Shop so safe. >> Shop so safe. >> So this next thing, you've seen around, but you've never seen one featured on my channel because I they've always felt gimmicky. And although I've seen them a dozen time countless times at trade shows, you could never get real world testing to make sure they do what people say they do. But, these guys from Mamotion, I think that's the I'm going to butcher that name, sent me one with no strings attached. And I knew this thing was coming, so I set it up to put this thing through HEE double hockey sticks. Initial impression, freaking top quality. Just this thing is solid. This is not one of those cheap junky ones that you see out there that looks like some piece of plastic crap wa- running around in somebody's yard. All right, guys. The unit's down in the yard charging, and one of the things I want to jump in here and say right out of the gate, these guys from Mamotion sent me this unit without asking me or trying to tell me what I could film, what I couldn't film, trying to control the messaging, trying to manipulate what I was going to show or what I was going to say. And when a company does that, that tells me one big thing, that they actually believe in their product. Now the unit they sent me can handle up to 80° slopes. It uses all-wheel drive and 360° lidar plus NRTK and vision. So, when we go down there, we're going to take a look at it. It's This one is really meant for thicker, brushier lawns. So, we're going to put it right in straight into hell, basically. Uh I'm not I I let this yard go. I knew this thing was going to come. This is some This is some nasty stuff. This yard is uh just It hasn't been mowed yet this year, and it needed to be mowed about 2 weeks ago. The first time you set it up, you just simply drive the robot around the perimeter of the yard that you want it to mow, and then it will use a combination of a front bumper, side bumper, and AI to detect obstacles inside of that range. There's no wire to install. There's nothing else that needs to happen for you to begin mowing with this thing. Now, another thing about this is I can schedule it to mow whenever I want, or I can just manually mow it. So, I'm just going to say start. 2 and 1/2 in, yep, that's where I want it at. It's going through the self-checks. >> Start working. >> And that's it. Anytime I want, she'll just fire up and go to town for me, or do it on its own. It's according to the schedule I set. Look at that. Stripes. We've got stripes. Unfreaking real. I can't believe it. A robotic mower that stripes. And the amount the depth of this grass was unreal. Was unreal. Let's just take a quick peek a handful. Look at this. But wait, there's more because not everybody's going to have a wide open field to mow like this. Some of you guys may have smaller tighter yards filled with obstacles. Well, I have one of those as well, and I put this mower into it and then I turned on the AI detection mode. So it has a front bumper that detects everything, side bumpers that detect everything, and then it has AI that you can toggle on or off. And I put it into some extremely difficult situations and let's next see how it did there. It actually laid down stripes. And then it docked itself and is recharging itself. This looks pretty good for a first mow. It definitely needs a second mow. But let's look at some of the obstacles it had to work around. So it went all in here and cleaned up all of this around here. So it was it was doing a job and a half cuz it was snaking in and out. So there was no wire to lay out. I told the mower what the area was that I wanted it to go in and it did the the rest. It did everything else for me. This worked a whole lot better than I ever imagined it would. But now we've got another really cool invention coming down the pipeline, you guys. So check out this next one. Look at that. Kevin, tell me about this, will you? >> Yeah, it's called uh Nobeltex. So, our company's called Boplan, but the polymer's called Nobeltex. It's our proprietary blend here that we have. And as you can see, it's flexible, but it's also super strong. So, you know, we're not going to bend this stuff, but if you're a 6,000 lb forklift, it does become flexible. The big thing that we're doing is managing energy differently. So, when something concrete gets impacted, like we're talking about, when something steel gets impacted, that energy has to go somewhere. And for steel, at least, it goes to the anchors. That's going to be the weakest part of the system. And so, it'll either hit like that, it'll just rip it out of the ground, or the tiny tiny impacts like this that happen 20 times a week that nobody sees, that's really what pulverizes the concrete, cuz that vibration travels to the anchors, and it pulverizes the concrete. So, by being flexible, we eliminate that vibration, but we also manage the energy from these impacts differently. So, you see a forklift come off at roughly the same speed it hits it. That's cuz we're taking that energy from the lift, and we give it back to the lift. So, only about 30% of the energy from these impacts is >> So, you're not destroying your forklift. >> Not destroying forklift, not destroying your concrete, and we're getting you something you don't have to replace or maintain. It's pretty crazy, right? >> [laughter] >> I love stuff like this. I love I love I love finding uh I don't know, just things that I've never seen before. >> right? And we've been around for 30 years, you know? I mean, we've only been in the US for about 12 years. So, it's a little newer in the US here, but yeah, we've been around forever, been doing this all over the world. >> So, you have all different kinds of systems. >> Yeah. >> Where where do guys find out more information? If they're interested in learning more about this, what what do they do? >> Well, you can reach out to me directly. I'm the regional sales manager here for Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa, or you can check out our website. That has all of our materials on there. There's an impact calculator, which will let you dial in, let's say your forklifts are going 5 mph, you're carrying 12,000 lbs, you can put that into the impact calculator, and it'll spit out all the materials we have that'll fit that speed and weight, so you can hit it all day long without needing to maintain or replace it. >> Give me your website, will you? >> Yes, sir. It's www.bowplan.com-us. >> Awesome. Thank you, Kevin. >> You're the best. Thanks for stopping >> That was pretty cool, wasn't it? Now, this next segment is for you guys that are working on your feet all day long. Maybe you have a workstation and you're standing in there, and there's nothing worse than working in one area and just It's just It just adds up. It adds up fast, you guys. And I learned something about Well, you know what? I learned something that I'm just going to share with you guys. So, let's dive into this next Jason's pulling out the secret stash, you guys. Okay, so what are we looking at with your product, Jason? What is this thing? >> So, this anti-fatigue mat, even though it provides a firm, stable surface, has the cushioning to absorb a raw egg dropping on it. So, I will pick this egg right here. >> Okay. >> Move my bocce ball. >> Okay. >> And they're eggs, so they bounce every which way, but >> So, why is this important, Jason? >> Because in ergonomics, anything that's too soft and squishy, you are putting excess strain on your back and your lower extremities. >> Okay. >> So, we're trying to find the balance between cushioning and stability. That's this mat. Made with 100% rubber, so there's no foam, and they last 8-year warranty, so they last 10-12 years, no problem. >> So, no two mats are built the same, is that >> No two mats are built the same. We've got a different mousetrap. >> So, show me the bocce ball, will you? Cuz what What's the relevance of this while we look at it? >> So, again, most of the end users or workers are going to say, "I don't want a mat that's too hard." >> Yep. >> Perfect. I'm going to show you why this isn't too hard. Bounce it like that compared to that of a concrete floor. >> Okay, can I try it? You hand me the hand me the ball cuz I just I'm just going to drop it. >> for it. Keep your back straight or your back or your knees. >> One more time. I'm just dropping it. Okay, so I want to make sure that Jason's not playing tricks with us. Go for it. Yeah, you're not playing tricks. >> [laughter] >> So, that's what I'm trying to explain to people. There's a different type of anti-fatigue mat out there. You can buy cushiony, soft, squishy stuff at a lot of places. Our stuff is made a little different. >> Who is this for though? Like why >> Anybody standing on their feet. >> So, standing on their feet all day long, this is like ergonomically designed specifically for that, not to be too soft squishy, not to be too hard. >> Bingo. >> To be that that perfect in between. >> in between. You got it. So, this is also a good demonstration of how those mats work. So, they're going to support you while you're standing, but they cushion on impact with ever never bottoming out. You've probably seen those foamy type mats that get real thin cuz they've been squished in. This is never going to do it. It's always going to hold its shape. And then the most important thing is it can return the energy up the kinetic chain. So, if you were to sway on this, you can kind of feel those little springs underneath returning the energy from my legs all the way up my back. >> All right, this is great. >> visual so I to know you're not going to have a trip hazard. I'm going up 1 in right here. So, this is a 1-in platform is what we call it. >> This is crazy. So, uh >> That's That's what you're standing on. >> All right, so what are we looking at, Jason? I mean, how do you guys find out more information I should say? How do you guys find out more information? >> So, here's my information. We build these in Seattle, Chehalis, Washington. >> smartcellusa.com >> Yep. >> Okay, smartcellusa.com. >> sells with an S. >> Smart sells. >> Okay, USA.com. Again, all American made. Uh we build them in Chehalis, Washington, outside Seattle, and we source our rubber from Oregon Rubber. So, everything is done here in the states. >> Thank you, sir. >> is from Minnesota. >> Awesome. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. So, this show has a plethora of boots. And I mean, you're at the right place if you want boots or if you want safety gear and equipment. >> You won't see me putting boots on my channel because if you're an old contractor like me, you already know what's going on your feet. And if you're a young buck, just getting started, you're probably throwing cheap crap on your feet and it will learn you eventually. Let me show you what I run. I run Brunt. This is the boot that I have ran for 5 years now. This is a 5-year-old boot. This is a brand new boot. They almost look identical. This boot right here, this is the boot I grab and go to for almost everything that I do. And I'm when I'm snow plowing, I put this boot on. When I'm going out working in the mud, the dirt, I put this boot on because it's just a slip-on boot that provides complete protection. I freaking love this boot. This is a brand new Brunt. This is more of the kind of style that most guys are going to want to use because it's got the lace-up system. This boot will actually also you can adjust the width of this boot. So, if you have a wider foot, they've got a triple sole insert in here >> [clears throat] >> that allows you to adjust the width. So, to go from a narrower boot to a wider boot. Take this part out, get rid of it, put this part back in, and now you've got extra width inside of your boot. So, these are made by Brunt. This is my go-to pair of boots right here. This one is, and you can see why. A four-year four maybe five-year-old boot compared to a brand new boot, and it's looking the same. I've never had a boot hold up this good, this long, be this comfortable, and do everything I've needed it to do, you guys. But, you guys tell me, what do you guys put on your feet? Do you wear Brunt, or do you wear something else? Love to hear from you guys. But, now we've got more coming up in this show. Let's check out this next cool thing I got to show you guys. All right, now I think I've heard it all. Mark, tell me about your system. >> This is the Salt Cool Salt Delivery and 4G Monitoring System. >> Okay, so what does this thing do? >> And what we do is we This truck here holds 8,500 lb, and we jet deliver the salt from outside the hospital, apartment complex, or food production facility. We jet deliver the salt through our piping system right into the brine tank. And then from there, our brine tank is monitored 24/7 by our 4G sensor that monitors the salt level, and then we know exactly when to come and deliver the salt. We never let a tank go empty, and facility managers never have to worry about another bag of salt again. >> So, no dust? >> No dust. >> It's all contained It's all contained internally. >> Yep. We are the only company in America that has a completely closed loop system where the salt enters into the brine tank through this pipe, and then the dust in the air go back to the truck and get filtered out by two micron filters, and the system repeats itself. >> Your first customer was who? >> Sauk Prairie Hospital in Sauk City, Wisconsin. >> How many pounds did you deliver to them? >> 60,000 lb 9 years ago, and now we're up to 4.5 million lb. >> That's >> 9 years later. >> Yeah. >> 9 years later. So, your system works. >> Yeah. >> And you started with one truck and how many do you have now? >> We started with one of these trucks and now we're up to 23. >> Is anybody else doing this now? >> No, we're the only company in America that has a completely closed-loop system like this. >> And who are your main customers? Who's the people that are looking for this? >> We have food production companies, pharmaceutical companies, large apartment complexes. The smallest would be a end user would be a car wash all the way up to major manufacturers, industrial consumers. >> How do you guys find you? >> They find us online, they find us through conferences, they find us through networking. >> Exsaltco.com, Stan. >> Yep. >> Is that the right answer? >> That's right. >> Saltco. >> Saltco.com. Go right to saltco.com. >> Saltco.com. >> Yep. >> All right. Thanks, Mark. >> Nice meeting you. >> Nice meeting you. >> Yep. >> All right, let's keep this one going, you guys. Hey, Robert has created a product that's going to put me out of business cuz I do commercial snow plowing. >> There you go. We can help you. >> [laughter] >> So, there's no shoveling, there's no ice, no sand, nothing. You actually created a portable heat mat. Will you tell me about this, will you? >> So, heated mats that melt snow and ice. Um we have mats that are 2-ft, 3-ft, 4-ft wide, stair treads 11-in deep, 3-ft 3-ft go up to 8-ft. Basically, plug them in 120-V, 240-V, or 208-V. You get 40° above ambient temperature. So, if it's 10° outside, mat's 50°, snow just evaporates off the mat. And these are you put them out before the season begins and then you take them up after the season ends. >> Correct. Just anchor them down to the concrete, lay them on a rooftop, leave them for the season, you never have to worry about salt, shoveling, nothing. Who is your customer? Who's buying this? Everybody from a university, hospitals, manufacturing plants, distribution centers. We have lots of different kinds of customers depending on their needs. >> So, show me the the the temperature gauge. So, the >> the floor here is 74° roughly. The mat itself is 106. It's up to 110 in places. >> Okay, so this eliminates tracking all of that material into the building at this point and it eliminates a shovel crew and it eliminates any downtime. So, as soon as it's snowing, this is already working beforehand,…
