What happens here
Using a voltage tester, the creator tests the battery connections and the identified fuse. He first confirms that there are 12 volts present on the positive battery terminal and also on the input side of the Class T fuse (connected to the negative terminal of the battery). However, when testing the output side of the fuse, the voltage tester shows no reading, confirming that the Class T fuse is blown and interrupting the chassis ground.
Goal: Verify the functionality of the Class T fuse and confirm it is blown.
